RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

To be eligible for Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@elegance4less.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery is £3.60 and deliveries will be made within 1-3 working days once you place your order. You should expect to receive your delivery within 1-3 working days for standard delivery, however still allow up to 5 working days for order to be delivered.

A signature might be required upon receipt so please ensure that there is someone there to accept it. If you are not around to accept delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left to arrange a redelivery or collection.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

- European countries: £10.00

- Africa, Australia, U.S.A and Canada: All £16.99.

Delivery will be made within 3 to 15 working days from placing your order.

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, Elegance4less has no control over these charges, customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact amount of the fee you will incur.

You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrives.

REFUSAL OF PARCELS

If you refuse a parcel, please note you will be liable for the return costs and Customs charges if applicable. These charges will be deducted from the cost of your order
